With real experience inside higher education and two graduate degrees in counseling, this work goes beyond generic advice to address what actually moves the needle — academically, personally, and motivationally. Sessions are virtual, practical, and built around clear steps tailored to where you or your student are right now. The goal is simple: more confidence, more clarity, and more control over what comes next.
I have been working in higher education since 2012, with professional experience beginning in 2016, supporting students and families from multiple angles across the college journey.
Professional background
My background includes academic advising, registrar operations, and admissions systems, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how colleges truly function, both on the front end with students and behind the scenes. I have helped guide students through academic planning, supported institutional processes like degree development and policy implementation, and worked closely with admissions teams to improve the student experience. I currently work in academic advising and stay actively connected to the evolving landscape of higher education.
Academic Background and Certification
I hold two master’s degrees from the University of Saint Francis, one in School Counseling and one in Rehabilitation Counseling. My training includes working with middle school and high school students, along with a strong foundation in psychology and social and emotional development. In addition, I am certified in life coaching through IAP College.
What sets my approach apart is
the combination of real-world higher education experience and a focus on the personal side of success.
I don’t just help students understand college, I help them build the habits, mindset, and confidence they need to succeed once they get there.
I believe focusing and identifying key issues and setting a strong foundation with realistic actionable steps helps deal with any current or future difficulties.
The services provided here are those of a college preparation consultant and student success coach only, and do not substitute for the official academic advising services of any college or university.
As a college preparation consultant and student success coach, the focus here is on building confidence, developing strong habits, and navigating the college experience with clarity — not replacing the academic advisor at your institution. For course selection, institutional policies, or school-specific requirements, students should always work directly with their official advisor.
